Meaghan is a strategist and facilitator with deep expertise in place-based capital, community wealth building, and local economic development. She works with communities, councils, social impact organisations and governments to help places take control of capital — from land and funding to enterprise and infrastructure.
Known for turning complex ideas into practical solutions, Meaghan supports communities to build capacity, design strategies, and implement locally-owned initiatives that create long-term value and resilience.

Facilitation, Collaboration and Impact
Kate has spent the last 25 years working with individuals, groups and organisations to make the change they want, in complex settings. As a leader and facilitator, she is a specialist in brokering multi stakeholder collaborations, working with groups looking at how to effect change across whole systems and assisting individual organisations to manage change to more effectively to meet their highest ambitions.

Community Asset Ownership, Business Advisory, Economist
Sam is a changemaker, researcher, and community builder with a passion for creating connected, empowered communities and just local economies. With over 20 years of experience across research economics, government policy, business, and advisory roles, she brings a rare ability to bridge big-picture systems thinking with grounded local action.
Driven by a commitment to social and ecological justice, Sam supports communities to imagine and build futures that are equitable, sustainable, and community-led.

Internal Administration, Coordination and Design
Jenny’s experience as a virtual administrator has equipped her with a wide range of skills and knowledge in information management, research, talent acquisition and social media handling. With all these, she’s able to support the team behind the scenes.
